I hereby grant Catching Honey, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and/or video recordings of me in connection with this event. I authorize Catching Honey, its assignees, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that Catching Honey may use such photographs or video recordings of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Catching Honey is not responsible for any injuries or sickness resulting from participating in our events.

I agree to be liable for any damage caused to furniture, dishware, glassware, equipment, decor or flooring at the event location. 

I confirm that I am over the age of 21 and agree to drink responsibly. Catching Honey is not liable for my actions after we have left the property. 

Catching Honey reserves the right to remove my attendance if deemed too intoxicated by Catching Honey or a venue associated with Catching Honey.

Assumption of Risk & Liability:
I acknowledge that attending and participating in Catching Honey events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation incidents, physical activities, water-related accidents, and alcohol consumption. I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Catching Honey, its officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, and venues from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my participation. In case of emergency, I authorize Catching Honey representatives to seek medical attention at my expense. I understand and acknowledge the risks related to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases and assume all such risks voluntarily. This waiver is effective for this and all future Catching Honey events unless revoked by me in writing.
